De cara a la intervenció de l'Alcalde a la sessió inagural de l'Escola d'Estiu de 1'SPÓ, es fan avinents els aspectes següents: - La intervenció de l'Alcalde, prevista amb el títol Social Democratic Concepts for European Cities", ha de ser d'uns 45 minuts aproximadament.
