PRESIDENTE, EN CONOCER CON MAS PROFUNDIDAD, LA REALIDAD Y PROBLEMAS DE NAVARRA, DE LA QUE SABEMOS TIENE UNA EXTENSION DE UNOS 10.000 KM2. Y UNA POBLACION DE 520.000 HABITANTES. SU RENTA PER CAPITA SITUABA A NAVARRA EN 1983 UN 10 % APROXIMADAMENTE POR ENCIMA DE LA RENTA NACIONAL, ES DECIR, EN 6Q LUGAR DENTRO DEL RANKING DE RENTAS PER CAPITA AUTONOMICAS, SEGUN LOS ULTIMOS DATOS QUE APORTA LA PUBLICACION SOBRE LA RENTA NACIONAL DE ESPAÑA 1983 DEL BANCO DE BILBAO. �2. CONOCEMOS TAMBIEN QUE EN SUS ORIGENES, NAVARRA ERA UN PAIS CUYOS HABITANTES DISFRUTABAN DE UNA IGUALDAD ECONOMICA Y SOCIAL ORIGINALMENTE COMUNITARIA, LO CUAL LES HACIA CONTRARIOS A LA ROMANIZACION, ES DECIR AL PREDOMINIO DE LA GRAN PROPIEDAD Y DE LA ESCLAVITUD. LA DEFENSA DE SU MODO DE VIDA, BASE SOCIAL DEL MOVIMIENTO BAGUADA LES LLEVO A LUCHAR CONTRA LOS ROMANOS, QUE NUNCA CONSIGUIERON SOMETER DE MANERA TOTAL LA TIERRA NAVARRA. SI LA HISTORIA EN UN MOMENTO NOS UNIO, TAMBIEN NOS UNEN CIRCUNSTANCIAS DE SITUACION GEOGRAFICA FRONTERIZAS, YA QUE NAVARRA ESTA SITUADA ENTRE FRANCIA, ARAGON, LA RIOJA Y EUZKADI. SR.
