1 10 2 https://www.arxiupmaragall.catalunyaeuropa.net/files/original/27/2679/comunicat_Miravet.pdf 9544f9e27d55eda380a2bf76c15495fe PDF Text Text COMUNICAT 1.- Constatem la necessitat i la utilitat de la reunió de Miravet i ens comprometem a mantenir aquestes reunions sempre que calgui per a la bona marxa de la redacció i l'aprovació de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de Catalunya. 2.- Invitem el poble de Catalunya que assumeixi el nou Estatut com l'instrument útil per al seu progrés en el marc estatal i europeu, adequant l'actual a les necessitats de la societat catalana i als seus anhels i aspiracions de futur. 3.- El nou text hauria de ser aprovat pel Parlament al llarg del pròxim període de sessions. 4.- El president i els grups parlamentaris ens comprometem a intentar superar les diferències que puguin plantejar-se en el transcurs del debat estatutari, amb la màxima voluntat d'acord en reunions de treball com la d’avui, celebrada a Miravet. 5.- Malgrat aquesta voluntat, no s'amaga que el procés d'elaboració d'un nou Estatut serà complex, ja que en les competències polítiques i financeres hi ha encara molts aspectes pendents a debatre i acordar. 6.- Desitgem que l'Estatut acabi sent un text assumit, entès i defensat per totes les ciutadanes i ciutadans de Catalunya i acceptat per l'Estat com una peça capital del seu propi ordenament".
