ADQUIERE HOY UN SIGNIFICADO ENTRAÑABLE CON LA PRESENCIA E INTERVENCION DEL EXCMO. SR. CARLOS COLLADO
MENA, PRESIDENTE DE LA COMUNIDAD AUTONOMA DE LA
REGION DE MURCIA.
NACIDO EN ORLEANS (FRANCIA) HACE 48 AÑOS, HIJO DE
EXILIADOS POLITICOS, EL SR. COLLADO MENA ES LICENCIADO EN FILOSOFIA Y LETRAS POR LA UNIVERSIDAD DE
MURCIA. DURANTE 1983 FUE PRESIDENTE DE LA ASAMBLEA
REGIONAL, FUNCION QUE DESEMPEÑO HASTA QUE PRESENTO
SU DIMISION -A PRINCIPIOS DE 1984- PARA OPTAR A.
LA PRESIDENCIA DE SU COMUNIDAD.

EL 25 DE ENERO DE 1985 EN QUE ES ELEGIDO LEHENDAKARI DEL
GOBIERNO VASCO.

PERSONAS. SU RENTA PER CAPITA NO LLEGA A LAS 300.000
PESETAS, LO CUAL LA SITUA EN dLTIMO LUGAR EN EL RANKING
DE RENTAS AUTONOMICAS.
DETRÁS DE LAS CIFRAS QUE ACABO DE MENCIONAR, SE ESCONDE

UNA ESTRUCTURA ECONÓMICA BASADA SOBRETODO EN LA AGRICULTURA, Y UNA DOLOROSA FAMILIARIDAD DE LA POBLACION
NO DE LA EMIGRACION. EMIGRACIÓN,
EXTREMEÑA CON EL FENÓME
QUE DE UNA MANERA SIMILAR A LO OCURRIDO CON OTRAS AUTONOMIAS, SE DE') CON MAYOR INTENSIDAD A LO LARGO DE LOS
AÑOS 60, SIENDO SU DESTINO, TAMBIEN COMO DATO COMUN,
MADRID, BARCELONA Y EL PAIS VASCO.
EN EL MARCO SOLEMNE DE ESTE SALÓN DE CIENTO, QUEREMOS
TAMBIEN MANIFESTARLE, SR. PRESIDENTE, QUE ESTA CIUDAD,
COMO CAPITAL DE CATALUNYA, ESTA EMPEÑADA EN CONSTRUIR
